What you’ll be working on?
We are supporting a partner project focused on embedding AI-powered coding and testing tools into the software development lifecycle. You’ll be working on projects where large language models (LLMs) actively contribute to writing, modernizing, and optimizing codebases, alongside traditional full-stack engineering.
Your work will include:
- Designing and building full-stack features with an emphasis on AI-assisted productivity.
- Leveraging LLMs for code generation, debugging, automated testing, documentation, and performance optimization.
- Experimenting with and integrating state-of-the-art AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cline, and Roo.
- Exploring advanced applications such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and custom model training.
You’ll collaborate with a small, agile team of engineers where active knowledge sharing and hands-on experimentation are highly valued.
Your Role
Your role is both builder and innovator: delivering robust fullstack features while also helping the team shape the future of AI-augmented software engineering. You’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong technical expertise, and demonstrable experience of using AI tools in real-world workflows.
You’ll be expected to showcase examples where LLMs meaningfully contributed to new code, modernization of legacy systems, or workflow automation.

We’re seeking senior-level full-stack engineers with an ownership mindset who embrace both engineering best practices and emerging AI-powered workflows. You should bring curiosity, proven experience, and a drive to explore the intersection of AI and software engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- 3+ months of active, hands-on AI tool usage in coding workflows
- Demonstrable projects where LLMs wrote or modernized code (examples required)
- Experience using AI for debugging, automated testing, documentation, and optimization
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile, collaborative teams
- Based in Europe
Nice to have:
- Experience with machine learning frameworks
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases
- Exposure to custom AI model training

What does the interview process look like?
- Initial Interview: We’ll start with a friendly 45-minute cultural and technical interview. Two members of our team will assess your cultural fit, experience, and engineering expertise, the major challenges you’ve tackled, and discuss your ideal workspace.
- You can choose between two Technical Deep Dive options:
- Homework Assignment: If there’s a match, we’ll provide a brief homework assignment designed to take around 2 hours to complete. This will be followed by a 1-hour technical interview to discuss the homework and conduct a technical deep dive.
- Pair Programming: If you prefer not to do a homework assignment, we’ll have a 2-hour technical deep dive session, primarily focused on pair programming.
