We’re looking for a Founder/CEO to build a vertically integrated, AI-powered freight brokerage that automates carrier matching, rate negotiation, compliance vetting, and shipment tracking — reimagining freight brokerage from the ground up.
What are we exploring?
Freight brokerage is a $50B+ market plagued by phone calls, spreadsheets, and outdated TMS platforms. Digital marketplaces attempt disruption but often miss the operational nuance of mid-market brokers.
The opportunity is to design a fully AI-orchestrated brokerage that handles every operational task autonomously, enabling 24/7 reliability, faster matching, and superior margins, a step-change from incremental automation tools.
With nearly 80,000 fragmented players and no dominant tech-enabled winner, there’s a greenfield opportunity to leapfrog incumbents with a purpose-built, AI-first model.

About you
Background in logistics, trucking, or freight brokerage operations
Experience with supply chain automation, marketplace building, or vertical SaaS
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and operational challenges
A collaborative approach, with the capability to build partnerships across technical and non-technical teams
A demonstrated passion for technology’s ability to change the world
A desire to be a venture-backed founder
Ability to collaborate in North American time zones
