Founded in 2011 as eFounders, Hexa is a startup studio that has launched over 40 companies with a combined valuation of over $5 billion, including Aircall, Spendesk, Front, Swan, Yousign, Upflow - and more. We are passionate about B2B software, particularly SaaS, fintech, AI, and Healthtech.
At Hexa, we launch startups from 0 to 1 — again and again.
Ideas and capital aren’t enough. We need people who build fast and make it resonate.
That is why we're looking for a Tech Builder with storytelling instincts—someone who creates bold, testable products and naturally showcases their work. You’re not behind the scenes: you shape both the product and the narrative.
This is a hybrid role: 80% building, 20% evangelizing
1️⃣ Build — Prototype at speed (80%)
- Bring ideas to life - Work with our Partners and PMs to challenge, shape, and test early-stage projects. You won’t build everything yourself—but you’ll set the standard, coach teams, and de-risk technical decisions.
- Empowering CTOs, embrace the 0-1 speed, share latest AI best practice
- Prototype bold ideas with the latest tools (AI, no-code, fast frameworks).
- Structure early MVPs and architectural foundations.
- De-risk product bets and generate conviction for Founders.
- Your impact: you accelerate learning, reduce waste, and turn ideas into leverage.
2️⃣ Evangelize — Become Hexa’s tech voice (20%)
- Make our tech visible
- Turn what we build into stories worth sharing—show how we think, build, and iterate.
- Create weekly content: demos, posts, talks, events.
- Share our vision across GitHub, LinkedIn, Discord, and more.
- Connect the community
- Energize our Tech Founders by connecting them with the best experts when they need help.
- Engage with top builders and open-source contributors.
- Foster relationships between current and alumni CTOs.
