About Marble

Marble is a climate tech venture studio. We partner with scientists, engineers and operators to create companies solving hard climate problems in the world's largest industries. Our first 10 companies are building transformative products across energy, industry, agriculture and climate resilience. 100% have been successful in raising follow-on to date. We are looking to partner with exceptional individuals to create our next venture.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Founders Analyst to join the Marble team during a pivotal 6-month window - as we raise our second studio vehicle, build our next wave of ventures, and support the growth of our portfolio companies.

This is a high-trust, high-context role - ideal for someone who wants to work side-by-side with the Partners and play a meaningful part in how Marble operates, raises capital, and supports its Founders in Residence. You'll help drive investor outreach, prepare materials, keep internal priorities moving, and step in to support where needed for our world-class climate tech companies.

The role is a great fit for a current student or recent graduate who’s worked in fast-paced, high-responsibility settings - whether in startups, venture funds, industrial scale-ups, or corporate strategy teams where they’ve had to own work, navigate ambiguity, and help shape key decisions.

Location: HQ in Paris, Station F

Language: English fluency required. French fluency is a bonus.

Period: 6-month internship starting early September 2025

Responsibilities

This internship is built around four key pillars:

Fundraising Operations. Support Marble in raising its second studio vehicle - from identifying and researching potential investors to preparing decks, maintaining our CRM, scheduling meetings, and following up. You'll work directly with the Partners to help keep everything tight and timely. You may also support select portfolio companies during their own fundraising processes.

Comms & Content. You’ll help us communicate clearly - both internally and externally. This includes writing updates, assembling briefing docs, reviewing slide decks, and producing clean, high-quality materials that are ready to share with investors or founders.

Research & Analysis. You’ll take on focused research projects - from mapping a niche area of climate tech to reviewing an investor’s track record or unpacking the basics of a research paper. You’ll also support light financial modelling (e.g. cap tables, projections) when needed, to help inform internal discussions or founder support.

Partner Support, Studio Ops & Project Management. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the Partners - helping them stay on top of key meetings, follow-ups, and fast-moving priorities. You’ll also support internal coordination across the studio to make sure that work gets unblocked and decisions get made. You’ll help prepare founder check-ins, follow up after investor conversations, and keep track of moving pieces across ongoing priorities.

Requirements

This internship is a strong fit for a thoughtful, entrepreneurial individual who’s excited to operate in a fast-paced, high-context environment.

We’d especially love to hear from you if:

  • You’re currently pursuing or have recently completed a Master’s degree at a top engineering or business school, and you’re deeply interested in venture building and climate tech.
  • You’re fluent in English; French is a bonus.
  • You’ve worked in a startup, VC fund, consulting or corporate strategy - or you’ve even built your own thing
  • You’re organized, responsive, and can manage many moving parts without dropping the ball
  • You’re a strong communicator and take pride in creating clean, structured deliverables
  • You’ve done basic financial modelling (Excel) and are comfortable working with cap tables and business plans
  • You are comfortable with complexity, especially when it comes to making sense of a research piece on an emerging technology you have never heard of and then acting on it
  • You’re comfortable with Notion, Slack, Google Suite and LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini). Lemlist, Exa and Clay are a plus
