Launched in 2019, Resolve is on a mission to solve the debt crisis in America. Americans are suffering under the burden of medical debt (>$200b), credit card debt (>$1.2 trillion), student loan debt ($1.6 trillion), and growing debt from buy now pay later services. We aim to change this, providing a path from crushing debt to financial independence.
To date we’ve helped thousands of Americans save over $55M on their medical bills and built a best-in-class process for automating the process of analyzing and reducing medical bills.
We are growing in two dimensions. The first is shifting from a D2C customer acquisition process to a B2B2C one - thereby ensuring that millions more Americans will have access to our services. The second is expanding our capabilities fighting medical debt to help Americans with other types of debt.

The CEO's Mission(s)
The CEO will be responsible for leading Resolve on both dimensions of growth - taking our existing business to the next level. You be supported by the founder, a great team of existing operators, and a team of advisors and will be expected to do 3 things:
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership in running the operations of the company
- Work closely with the Board, founder, team, and advisors to set the strategic direction of the company
- Set and manage clear priorities for the internal team, adapting to evolving circumstances along the way
- Participate in a collaborative ecosystem within the Palm Venture Studios’ portfolio
- Drive nearterm revenue growth through expanding our B2B channel
- Lead the effort in building and testing positioning, marketing, and outreach for our B2B channel
- Partner with leaders at benefits brokers, PEOs, and other enterprises to understand their needs around employee financial wellness and ensure Resolve’s solutions fit those needs
- Sign key contracts and grow pipeline of enterprise customers
- Expand product offerings to include additional solutions and education
- Set the strategic roadmap for when and how to build capabilities for servicing other types of debt (e.g. partnerships, acquisition, internal development)
- Ensure that Resolve retains its brand positioning as a positive, consumer focused white-hat in an industry rife with poor actors
- Senior Leadership Experience: Success in a senior leadership role, ideally at an early-stage fintech company; experience working closely with CEOs and Boards is preferred.
- Revenue Growth Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue through B2B and B2B2C partnerships.
- Team Leadership and Development: Skilled at building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strategic Communication: Strong communicator who can clearly convey mission, vision, and priorities to diverse audiences.
- Business Development Strength: Experienced in cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships that support growth.
- Relationship-Driven Leadership: Natural relationship builder with a focus on collaboration, trust, and stakeholder engagement.
- Action-Oriented and Adaptive: Self-directed, curious, and highly execution-focused; comfortable building plans, iterating quickly, and learning from results.
